Hotel St Giles Feltham Heathrow

Hotel muy bueno me lo esperaba mucho peor ya que su precio estaba muy bien, lo único es que no está a sólo 5 min de las terminales 1,2,3 sino a 20 min. Muy recomendado si llega y sale de la terminal 4 de london heathrow

Está cerca del Aeropuerto de Heathrow y para pasar una noche antes de un vuelo está bien situado.Para visitar Londres NO es recomendable.Muy básico , sin ningún detalle. El bus público ,casi en la puerta, te lleva y trae al Aeropuerto por 2 libras trayecto

Check in was fast and easy

Room so hot I couldn't sleep. Temp control wouldnt work. Went to reception at 2am to try and sort it. Was told someone would come up and help. All they could do was open the window a couple inches. Terrible. Curtain rail hanging off ceiling. Large brown stain on carpet. Very busy train line next to hotel plus smallest double bed I've seen plus unbearable heat made a very unpleasant stay.

A very pleasant modern, purpose built budget hotel, ideally suited for stay/overnighting with easy access to transport (within 100m walk) of wide choice of buses and rail to Heathrow; Central London; Richmond etc. Fast efficient and pleasant check-in: obliging concierge: 3 lifts, clean welcoming vestibule/reception. Rooms are well soundproofed and conditioned. My B

Shower area tiled wall - mould needs cleaning out of grouting. Out-facing windows, in general, need cleaning. Therefore only 98% for cleanliness.

Reception lobby decor unwelcoming and uninteresting. Matter of fact information , not exciting or overly helpful. A hotel without character or warmth.

Good value for money. Convenient location.

Even non smoking rooms stink of stale cigarette smoke. Most unpleasant. Staff not attentive to needs. Asked for extra pillows, was told by house keeping to ask at reception, which I duly did, but my request was ignored. Little things matter and I will not be using this hotel again.

The hotel concierge on our departure day was really helpful and professional! He really helped and took a lot of time for us.

On arrival, the booking was made for the wrong dates. The room we were sent to was already occupied. When I came to reception to complain, the receptionist already knew that we were sent to the wrong room and she sent us to another one. Only a short apology was given. She should have came after us to ensure the occupied rooms security, but nothing happend.
