Dar las gracias a todo el personal del hotel (recepcionista, maitre, y camareros) por que se han portado genial con nosotros.
El hotel es muy bonito, y el personal encantador! Son muy amables y muy profesionales. El hotel se encuentra justo enfrente de la playa, a 7 metros.
Todas las actividades del hotel eran en inglés. Nosotros, al ser españoles nos hemos sentido como extranjeros.
Ir a la playa, está a tres manzanas de Magaluf, donde está los bares musicales. la zona es muy tranquila.

Fantastic location on Son Matias beach front, good selection of high quality food and fantastic staff make this a hotel we keep returning to. Claire and Dani are fantastic entertainment hosts and do their utmost to make sure evryone is welcome and entertained throughout the day and evening. They book good quality acts for the evening shows. All the bar staff, reception and restaurant staff are friendly too. No children allowed so a peaceful time around the pool and in hotel corridors etc.

Walk across the beach to good selection of bars and scuba diving centre. Plenty of bars and shops in Palma Nova and an easy walk into Magaluf for those wanting more "lively" nightlife.

Great location right on the beach. Friendly staff and room was clean. Buffet food was pretty good considering it is a 3*. English speaking TV channels a plus too - nothing quite like lying on the bed with the doors open watching a bit of telly after stuffing ourselves stupid at breakfast!
Entertainment was definately catered for the 60+ agegroup. Didn't bother us too much but mean't we didn't hang around. There was only us and one other young couple staying (at least who came to breakfast) so felt like a retirement home! Nothing wrong wtih the olds tho :)
There is Malagouf which had a ton of clubs and was pretty busy. The other direction there is a great 54 hold mini-golf course which was FANTASTIC - recommend doing all holes as it'll only take about 2 hours; well worth the money. If you fancy a cheap and nice coffee head towards Palma until you get to McDonalds on the beach - awesome for a coffee overlooking the water and beach, well priced and the coffee was pretty good too.

I would recommend this hotel. This was my first visit to Majorca and I found it to be above satisfactory in almost every respect. It was clean throughout, well facilitated, ideally located right on the sea front with restaurants close by, staffed by friendly English-speaking and helpful reception staff, and offering entertainment of sorts at night in the bar area. A pool/jacuzzi, internet facilities and restaurant are on offer.The only downside I found is that the hotel obviously markets itself at the older generation. The nightly entertainment reflects this. Probably not the place if you're under 50 and looking for a little excitement. But if peace and quiet at an attractive hotel is what you're after then you might not do better for the price.

cannot fault the hotel everything was good food ,rooms with a supurb sea view entertainment was good.

Front desk, waiting and bar staff are excellent, helpful, accommodating, professional. Entertainment worthy of 5star status Housekeeping 1st class.
Food good, well cooked. Only negative being that choices are too english!
Many of the bars and shops surrounding the hotel are typical tourist - a bit tired, but there is better variety a short walk away. The beach is beautiful, clean and safe. Palma and surrounding resorts are easily accessible by the excellent, frequent bus service

No se debería permitir que los turistas a las OCHO de la mañana, están en la linea de sali da para coger poner las toallas en las hamacas y reservarlas para todo el día estén o no estén usándolas,
Lo más positivo para nosotros es que es un total para adultos esclusivamente.
Un hotel en España y no tan solo nadie habla en castellano o en catalán, sinó que se come en Inglés, el ocio en inglés, todos los letreros en inglés exclusivamente en una época en que el turismo está en crisis ya es hora de que los hoteleros cuiden algo más el turismo nacional.
Lo natural es disfrutar de la playa que es muy buena y está delante del hotel.
