    Muy buena atención del personal de recepción. Horarios muy amplios de comidas.

    En recepción falta personal.

    Las instalaciones están muy bien,o sea todo lo que hace referencia al hotel correcto,incluso diria que su categoria sería un 4 estrellas.Para remarcar algo real y negativo sería alguno de los clientes que en el comedor se rellenan los platos hasta los límites y aglomerando primeros,segundos y postes demostrando gula y posteriormente tirando la comida a la .

    Que no haya ascensor del parking al hotel.Exteriormente el Pericanos parece mejor que el Ocas.

    Will pay the extra next time and stay at the Sol Melia again...

    Location.

    Very poor Entertainment. Bar prices expensive. Food edible but same stuff most nights. Car parking extortionate and most awkward to do.

    Karaoke everywhere.

    Benidorm is Benidorm - good cheap fun for all the family.

    Food was mostly cooked in front of you and tasty. Childrens section of the restaurant is a good idea. Pool area is superb. Staff very friendly and helpful - 10 out of 10.

    Lifts kept breaking down and slow

    Loads of bars, restaurants and supermarkets - too many to mention !!

    BOOKED LATE CHECK OUT FROM ROOM AND CONFIRMED THIS FACT TWICE. THEN TOLD WE DIDNT HAVE ROOM AND NO OTHERS AVAILABLE. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WE WERE TOLD IT WAS OUR FAULT!!!!!!!!!
