Me sorprendio gratamente el amplio horario de comidas

En algunos aspectos la limpieza es mejorable

Multiples excursiones en la isla de Lanzarote y destacar actividades como el buceo

Buena relación calidad-precio. Es un hotel asequible en el que alojarte cuando pretendes hacer turismo en la isla. Está bien situado, cerca del aeropuerto y en medio de la isla. Personal muy agradable.

Se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas. La habitación muy simple y los pasillos ascensores..etc antiguos y algo estropeados.

Tienes una playa enorme por debajo del hotel. Puedes moverte perfectamente al norte y al sur de la isla en poco tiempo.

It's easy to hire a car. Not neccesary to go on tours. You can work out your own tour for much much cheaper. Bicycle riding near the hotel, restaurants and plenty of shops. A spar nearby if you on a self catering option.

All in all this is a good hotel and served us well. Would go back, in fact with the wind and rain battering the window as I'm doing this wish we were there now!!!

The staff were always pleasant and helpful.Cleanliness was excellent and cleaning staff friendly.Location was good - good walks nearby.Pools and gardens kept well. Entertainment good.

If you had mobility problems it would be good to notify Hotel in advance as walk to rooms/ apartments could be an issue ie on incline/steps. Balcony furniture not great but it was'nt a problem for us as there was a small table in the apartment and soft furnished chair we used.(had one outdoor chair only)

Good scope for walking.Hire of bicycles.Near bus stop for visits out.Lovely beach.Plenty of cafes,shops etc nearby shopping centre.Just soak up the atmosphere!!

Delightet got room similar to one in location that we requested from you Nice gesture when we arrived basket of fruit and bottled water

Perfect Location. Taxi ride to Puerto De Carmen is cheap under 5e. Entertainment and Entertainment team were excellent. Apartment was cleaned on daily basis and provided clean towels every day. The Reception Staff were helpful. I would recommend this hotel for those who want a quiet relaxing holiday.

Drinks and snacks were expensive. Night bar staff were very slow, you would be waiting for a good while to be served.

Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is situated right near the beach front. There is a lovely promenade to walk by.

Room size and quality very good very pleasant staff especially maid service excellent layout of pool and fantastic beach 30 metres from hotel

food was very average and choice was very limited not enough bar staff and dreadful entertainment programme

The huge beach excellent promenade to walk or cycle along a good selection of restaurants and bars both music bars and sports bars very close to hotel. Puerta carmen within 40mins at a leisurely walking pace along a well maintained flat promenade or easily accessed from taxis outside hotel

I won't be recommending this hotel to anyone. The staff are slow and rude and the food is appalling. The only good things about the hotel wer the cleaning staff and the room cleanliness and the close proximity to Puerto Del Carmen and the airport.

Food poisoning after Dinner on the 6 April 2008. Ate Salads/ Pork curry and Vanilla custard for dessert.
