Hotel Sistina

La habitación en la cual me hospede, era una antigüa terraza no muy bien aislada y sin calefacción en la misma. Solicité un cambio de habitación y me cambiaron a otra que tampoco tenía calefacción, me queje de dicha situuación y me cambiaron de hotel de la misma cadena. Esta ya era la tercera habitación, y que casualidad que tampoco funcionaba la calefacción, con lo cual me volvieron a cambiar de habitación, ya la cuarta, la que por fin ya funcionaba la calefacción. Pero aún así, la calidad de las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear.

Absolutely loved the roof top and loved the feel of the hotel. Location was excellent everthing within walking distance and would visit again with my husband. The staff on reception were polite and most helpful and lots of smiles from them!!!

Would be nice to have some toast at breakfast and a little English food for example bacon sausage and choice of egg as other European hotels do do this. We were not happy with the waitress who serves breakfast she didnt really speak (I know she may not have been able to speak English) but she was not friendly at all NOT even a smile and I think it is important to be friendly. I think she needs perhaps more training in this area as English people do like to chat even early in the morning.

Shopping, Trevi Fountain, and lovely cafes also very near to the Spanish Steps basically we chose the hotel for the amenities not to mention restaurants very nearby. Overall we were very impressed with the hotel.
