Bastante centrico y los empleados muy professionales y amables

Pedimos una cama doble y solo tenia con 2 camas simples

La situación del hotel es buena,muy cerca de la estación victoria (metro, tren y autobuses) y cerca de los lugares turisticos. Atencion del personal es muy buena y limpieza del hotel es buena.Habitaciones pequñas pero acojedoras.Camas muy comodas.

los baños de las habitaciones son prefabricados, como los de un tren,pequeños y de plastico. que no os pongan en las habitaciones de la planta baja porque se metera el olor a beicon del desayuno en la habitación.

Staff very friendly and approachable. I arrived very late to the hotel due to flight delays, but was still greeted by two employees in the foyer. Later in my stay, they were able to help planning my journey to the airport. My room was located on the first floor, and had a large window, making the room seem much bigger and giving it a light feel. Housekeeping were thorough, the bathroom was much cleaner than in other London hotels I have stayed at.

The first night, I was unable to take the lift to my floor (the control panel wasn't working properly), and ended up balancing heavy luggage down a steep flight of stairs. Single rooms are very small, it was difficult even walking around the bed. Interior quite worn, creaky floorboards, dust. The vent in the roof of the bathroom was wide open, giving me a clear view up into an air vent and to a bundle of wires. Internet is not included in the price, this must be purchased separately. Breakfast ended slightly too early in the morning for me, as I was there to relax and didn't want to rush downstairs at dawn.

Very easy access to underground (Pimlico, with is the closest, and Victoria Station), the Tate Britain is close by, as well as most central attractions along the river. Buckingham Palace is within walking distance.

Staff very very friendly. Basic but enjoyable

The hotel was in a very convenient location. We were able to catch a play at the Apollo and walk back to our hotel after a full day of sightseeing.
