A magnificent, baronial building, crafted in rich red sandstone and set in beautifully landscaped gardens. The hotel has 14 ensuite bedrooms, loungebar, restaurant and conference facilties for up to 200 delegates. Free high speed WiFi internet connection is available along with a selection of the day's paper in the lounge bar.

The hotel has a sumptuous selection of bedrooms providing guests comfort and relaxation. Executive rooms have king sized bed, ensuite bath/shower room, TV, direct dial telephone, hospitality tray, toiletries, hairdryer and trouser press. Wake up calls and newspapers are available to guests on request. The junior suites are equipped as above but with luxuriously sized bathrooms, elegant interiors with contemporary features inlcuding flat screen TV.

El hotel se sitúa en la más prestigiosa de las áreas residenciales de la ciudad de Glasgow, Pollokshields, a 5 minutos al centro de ciudad y al alcance de la mano están el famoso museo de la colección de Burrell, la escuela de Charles Rennie Mackintosh de las galerías del arte y de arte de Glasgow. Cómo llegar
From the city centre of Glasgow heading west, follow signs for M77 (Ayr). Take Exit 1 (Pollokshields/Dumbreck). Turn right at traffic lights. Follow Dumbreck Road to 4th set of traffic lights and turn right onto Nithsdale road, the hotel is on the right. From the Eastbound M77 take Junction 1 and turn left. Carry straight on through the traffic lights until turning right onto Nithsdale road; the hotel is on the right.

The hotel presents an idyllic picture. As the name suggests it is a small castle situated on a hill. However, the idyll does
not stop there. The very professional staff were friendly and helpful, and, once checked in, escorted us to our family suite
in the the converted stable block. The suite was large and provided all we could need for a family of three. The food was
plentiful and of good quality. A great experience all round.
