    Tienen un magnífico personal en todos los departamentos. En recepción siempre hay alguien que habla español, son muy atentos. Bar y salón sensacional, simpáticos. Servicio de habitaciones, perfecto. Es lo mejor del Hotel, nunca me había encontrado tan bien atendido.

    Le hace falta una reforma. Algunas habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Nos dieron una doble que no llegaba a ser ni individual, suerte que en recepción lo entendieron y nos cambiaron.

    The night duty manager handled my complaint on the first night. he promised to offer us another room, but not until the next day as he claimed the hotel was full. He also promised to compensate us financially. The next day, we were moved to a better and acceptable room. However, on checkout, no offer of financial adjustment (as promised) was made. It would be better if this form was sent in English. As I read it, it looks like a mixture of Dutch and English. My overall experience suggests that Sheraton don't really care about their customers. Also my "Preferred Guest" status seems to be a waste of time. If Sheraton aim to survive the current worldwide recession, they need to pay attention to the older properties in their portfolio, because they put guests off from booking into their other properties

    Breakfast was good

    Arriving at the hotel, we had 2 suitcases and 2 large carry-on bags. The concierge stood and watched my wife and I struggle with the bags to open the door and get into the hotel. He made no offer to assist The room which was allocated on the first night was filthy, very bad smelling and several of the amenities, like glasses were missing. There was fungus in the bathroom which someone had tried to paint over. The shower head turned in circles when the water was turned on. The TV was positioned at 90 degrees to the bed, rendering it unwatchable from one side of the bed. The room was very hot, and the air conditioning only blew hot air (Guest Services told me to open the window, which proved too noisy for us to sleep). The phone would not connect to guest services. I took a video of the room to send to EasyJet who recommended the hotel and made my reservation Service in the bar at 2:30 in the afternoon was almost non-existent. The whole hotel is badly in need of renovation

    Staff (camerieri, receptionist e portineria) cortese e molto efficiente. Zone comuni (ristorante, bar, hall, ecc.) eleganti e ben mantenute.

    Camera piccola con mobilio vecchio e trasandato. Stanza da bagno estremamente essenziale. Doccia molto scomoda solo nella vasca da bagno. Arredo molto vecchio.
