Cortinas rotas, mampara ducha rota, el desague no traga, poca limpieza,etc.

Para el precio, el hotel está bien, correcto. Si solo vas al hotel a dormir, este está bien. La habitación es limpia, no hay ruido, y lo mejor es que está en el centro, cerca de casi todo y cerca del Metro de Piazza República y cerca de Termini, la estación de tren. Ideal para estar todo el día recorriendo Roma.

La habitación es muy, muy pequeña, así que a parte de dormir, no puedes hacer mucho más en este hotel. Solo sirven desayuno y los croissants están un poco sosos.

Està molt ben situat ,amb estació de metro a prop. Hi ha bon servei de neteja en les habitacions. En la relació cualitat-preu, és perfecte.

Queda molt a prop del teatre de l'Òpera, església Sta. Maria della Vittoria (on hi ha obres de Bernini), Pça República, estació Termini,...

Esta muy bien situado, cerca de la estacion de Termini.

Habitacion pequeña, sucia y para colmo parece ser que las limpiadoras se llevaron con las sabanas mi camiseta del pijama. Pregunte y luego nadie sabia nada.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for sight seeing and using public transport. Would definitely stay here again. Set on a quiet street.

Colosseum, Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps all within easy walking distance. Other sights are easliy accesible using bus and metro. There is a bus and metro stop less than 5mins from the hotel.

The room(closet) we had should not even be rented out as a room and for 95 euros per night, is a rip-off even for a 2.5 star Hotel. It is more like a back packer's hostel. There is no fridge, no kettle, no coffee. no nothing...... The only thing going for it are location and clean linen. By constrast for the same cost in Florence and just as convenient a location, the hotel (B&B) we stayed in after Rome is luxury by comparison. We'll post this review on Trip Advisor as well when we get back home.

Room 106 is the smallest room I have ever stay in. Both my wife and I are small in stature but we still find it uncomfortably small. 2 people cannot pass each other in the room. No place to put bags for 2 people. Bathroom is so small that bending over to pick up a towel will knock your head against the wall. WC is so close to the basin that you will have to sit sideways.The hand shower has a broken holder so that you will have to turn the tap off to soap yourself and turn it back on. The bidet is impossible to use as the space is too tight. The shower curtain is not long enough so that water spills everywhere during shower. No A/C. Small hopper window with frosted glass that you cannot see out. Noise from adjacent residence very loud at odd hours of night. Water drips through out the night from the outside and flushing of toilets from adjacent residents is overwhelmingly loud, it's like chinese water torture. We have to wear ear plugs to sleep.

Good location near Metro andTermini station so getting anywhere is easy.

For the location and price, I would score the hotel quite high. Staff very pleasant and efficient.

One major problem - and apparently it is an ongoing one - the fact that the lift did not work. One morning there was a major argument - heard in the breakfast room - involvong one of the residents on a lower floor complaining that the lift was once again not working. From a viewing of websites, it is clearly a continuing problem. It is the reason I would not recommend the hotel to anyone and I believe you should consider continuing keeping it in your portfolio. We had to take 114 steps to our room on the fourth floor - probably another 20 at least to the top floor. Imagine taking on that after a day's touring the city. Not to mention carrying a suitcase. Definitely a health hazard and could be a seriousmatter to an older person, and rules out the hotel completley for anybody with a disability. This is not flagged.
