The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel was in the centre and it was easy to get to everything on foot.
No hotel parking, but it was easy to park nearby and it was quite cheap.

Clean, central, welcoming and friendly staff and a free drink voucher!
Both beds of our twin bedded room (202) had very hard matresses topped off with a rubberised undersheet, making sleep for us at least.. difficult.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Hotel is ideally placed for exploring Faro, just a few minutes to the harbour, old town and fabulous shopping centre. The hotel also has its own coffee bar, an ideal place to chill after a long day. The railway and bus stations are also very close by if you fancy exploring a little further!

A very friendly,professionally run hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was exceptional with a wonderful choice of hot and cold dishes. Breakfast can be eaten on the balcony overlooking the lawned pool area. The atmosphere in and around the hotel was relaxing and peaceful, a very special place to unwind for a few days!
Within walking distance to the nearby town and to the rugged coastline. A fantastic place to explore the rock pools for starfish, crabs and anenomes!

Fabulous hotel. Staff more than accomodating. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts had very good selection of both hot and cold food We were allowed to stay in our rooms until we left at 2pm which was a huge bonus. Great little place, very reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Very convenient location, staff speak excellent english and are very helpful. Breakfast very fresh and a good selection.
No negative comments
Shopping, near both bus and train stations, cinema (films in engish with portugese sub titles) Good eating places very close.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. It is a great central location and easy to get to the beach and airport, just right as we were only here for 1 night. The only grumble I have is the breakfast. The eggs had run out and we asked for some more, waited 40 minutes and eventually gave up. There were only another 4 people so it wasnt really busy, so not great service! Other than would I stay here again if we were to return.

bien situado
habitaciones muy, muy pequeñas, baños muy,muy pequeños. Muy firos en el trato. Nos sentimos discriminados por ser españoles. Segun el plano de habitaciones nos adjudicaro las mas pequeñas e incomodas(el hotel estaba casi vacio).Nos obligaron a pagar el parking por adelantado y nos exigieron TC para garantía.
Cambiar la mentalidad de los empleados.
