Todo estupendo, nada que objetar. El personal muy amable, el trato muy bueno y la ubicación inmejorable.

Está ubicado en el mismo centro de La Habana, por lo que todo esta cerca (servicios, taxi, cambio, correos...)

Good location. Room had little terrace.

Ridisculously priced. Staff unprofessional, porter was trying to sell us cigars, receptionist was nowhere to be seen when we were checking out even though we told her the day before that we were going to check out early. Bathroom was clean but in a very poor condition in need of renovation.

Fantastic location

It was surprising that this hotel was a five star. We had stayed at two four star hotels in Cuba during the same visit and therefore had expected more from a five star. However there was little difference between the three hotels and in fact this five star was not as good as the four star hotels.Reception staff were helpful and the overall quality of the room and terrace was superb.The air conditioning was not working in the room during our two day stay.The breakfast was dissappointing and was very similar to the breakfast we had a four star hotel in Havana.The toilets on the ground floor were miniscule - it was difficult to turn around in the cubicle without brushing the toilet seat with my skirt!!

cet hotel est extremement bien placé au centre de la vielle havane , c'est pour cela que nous l'avions choisi, il permet de pouvoir se balader sans faire appel à un taxi et de profiter de toutes les animations de rue que propose la havane, de plus nous avons eu grace à votre site un excellent rapport qualité prix
