The hotel is a combination of refined design and luxury. Modern architecture is an inherent part of the hotel and it offers a wonderful seascape. The facade, made of sandstone with elements of glass and steel, combines modernity and the best elements of traditional architecture. There are 147 rooms in total at this spa complex. Guests are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, cloakroom and lift access to the upper floors. Food and drink are served in the café, bar, pub and restaurant. Air conditioning, a hairdressing salon, nightclub, conference facilities, and wired and wireless Internet access are also provided. For additional fees, guests can make use of the room and laundry services, a garage and a bicycle hire service.

The elegant and comfortable rooms have been designed to meet the expectations of even the most demanding guests. They offer a unique combination of comfort and designer furniture. Most apartments have terraces and some of them even have 5-metre-high living rooms. All accommodation units come with a shower, hairdryer, double bed, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a safe and a minibar. Air conditioning and heating also come as standard.

For leisure, the hotel offers cardio-fitness gyms, a sauna and an indoor heated swimming pool with a children's swimming area. The terrace with sun loungers on the roof is perfect for sunbathing. In the Sand Spa, the hotel's spa and health centre, guests can succumb to rejuvenating treatments or enjoy a soothing massage (both for additional fees). Guests can also take part in an aerobics or aqua fit session (both for additional fees). A hot tub and steam room also feature and guests can go biking (for a fee). The hotel also organises entertainment programmes for guests of all ages. Furthermore, sun loungers are also laid out on the sandy beach (fees apply).

The hotel is located in Kolobrzeg (a city in north-western Poland) just 150 m away from the beach and a few steps away from the Old Town. The vicinity of the seafront park and Natura 2000 wildlife sanctuary ensure the time spent in Kolobrzeg does wonders to the well-being and, first and foremost, to the health of the guests. Bornholm-Danish island in the Baltic Sea is only 100 km away from Kolobrzeg.
