BIEN ATENDEDIDOS
HABIATCION MAL ESTADO, CAMA MUY MAL - DEMASIADO BLANDA, YA QUE PARECIA QUE NUNCA HABIAN CAMBIADO EL SOMIER NI EL COLCHON LA LUZ DEL LAVABO NUNCA SE APAGABA, INTERRUPTOR ROTO
ARREGLAR BASICAMENTE EL ESTADO DE LA HABITACION. CAMAS, INTERRUPTORES, MUCHO RUIDO DEL AA.

La calidad del servicio (Los camareros del restaurante eran muy competentes). La comida eran platos bastante elaborados y con un sabor muy bueno.
No había mucha variedad en las comidas.
Visitar Granada (Alhambra y demás monumentos de la ciudad)

Los sillones estaban mugrientos y la habitación deficientemente limpia Las camas son incomodísimas
arreglar el piso de las habitaciones, cambiar todos los sillones.. repintar y remozar algunas paredes...

Lo mejor del hotel son las vistas de la ciudad y la tranquilidad, es una buena combinación de calidad - precio.
La limpieza no es su fuerte pero sin llegar a molestar. Dificil acceso, el mapa no lo deja muy claro.
¿Cerca? nada... debéis bajar hasta granada para visitar y conocer... 1.5 km más o menos...

Colchones no aptos para columnas que sufren. Acceso muy dificil de encontrar.El mapa que se encuentra en internet difiere bastante de la realidad

The evening meals were good value and tasty. The fresh orange juice available in the bar was delicious, the breakfast orange juice was also refreshing. We think the hotel is only suitable for individuals on limited budgets.
The w.c. in our room was not working on our arrival. A plumber was called who repaired it after about 2 hours. The room was not cleaned by the maid on our first day. We couldn't get the heating to work in our room. One of the powerpoints was not working. The breakfast was disappointing - too many rolls with sweet jams etc. There were no eggs, ham or cheese available. There was one bowl of muesli, and the coffee didn't taste like coffee! We think the hotel needs a refurbishment. The map supplied with the confirmation showed the location of the hotel in completely the wrong road! Fortunately, we arrived early in the daylight and had to ask passers by, many had not heard of the hotel.
Hotel is high up a hill a distance away from Granada. You need a car or order a taxi - there is no bus. There are no attractions at Granada nearby except the view over the city from the hotel which is fantastic.
