La habitación es amplía con un bonito balcón y muy bien situada a unos pasos de la Rambla
Deja bastante que desear una de las camas, parece más una cama supletoria, que una habitación triple que es realmente lo que pagas. El desayuno bastante regular, y el personal que atiende este servicio nada amable.

great staff, good breakfast, clean room, perfect location, and no noise around the hotel. also possibility for leaving suitcase locked up when arriving early before checkin-time, fantastic!
very bad matrasses, but they do anything to help you solve problems.

The location, breakfast.
Reception staff didn't seem as friendly as they could, despite the language barrier. Possibly a bit overpriced given the relatively basic room (e.g. no tea or coffee facilities, soap not renewed daily) but I suppose that is a reflection of the location. There are rooms with an outside view, but I guess we were unlucky to be allocated one with none; still if in Barcelona you're hardly expected to remain in the room all the time!

the place st. agustin is loud and dirty!
close to the ramblas, restaurant good. The double rooms in the 4th floor are realy nice!
The single rooms in the 3rd floor are too small, the couchins too high, the blancets too old.
very good place to visit the city, close to metro and Ramblas!!!!

Good location near Las Ramblas. Some of the rooms overlook a square and have miniature balconies. The hotel is clean. I have stayed twice before ( booked through your website ) and had a pleasant experience!
The night receptionist on the 10th August 2009 was curt, unfriendly and unhelpful. The room we were assigned must have been the worst in the hotel. Small and dark with a window overlooking an internal quadrangle. Breakfast was poor as Staff did not readily replace empty platters. This resulted in making do with whatever happened to be available when you entered the dining room.

No nonsens hotel with everything you need for a good sleep and breakfast. Friendly personal.
The location is GREAT!!!! You are some meters from The Ramblas and from there you can take the metro to all the attractions all over Barcelona.

The hotel has a very fine location very close to the Rambla.
The walls to the neighbourrooms are not much soundproof.
You can go walking from the hotel to everything in the city.

Recorrer las Ramblas, el Barrio Gótico sin olvidar el Mercado de la Boqueria. Un recorrido maravilloso.
