Excelente servicio, altamente recomendable.
Excelente ubicación,lo que permite ir a pie prácticamente a todas partes y a todos lossitios de interés turístico.

Las habitaciones superiores estan francamente bien y muy grandes, la nuestra hacía muy poco que habia sido reformada y estaba en muy buenas condiciones, solo tenía una distribución un poco irregular con un pasillo muy largo, es spá creo que no es totalmente como nosotros entendemos un spa, creo que le faltaba un jacucci y una sauna seca, pero la piscina esta muy bien de temperatura, con un ambiente agradable. En general recomendable y sobre todo muy bien situado.

hotel was not expecting our stay but staff contacted easy jet and storted error very quickly
staff very good , position of hotel was perfect for toutist. very large room
very poor room . poor lighting ( not able to read book) , bath tap not working , window would not open, shower cold at peek times and sometimes just stopped during show . overall the room was very tierd and run doun , broken tiles curtain rail loose, maintanence just bodged, overall very poor room would not use again

Your description of the hotel was that it had recently undergone renovation. It is still undergoing renovations!! Had we known this we would not have booked this hotel. Pneumatic drills, hammering etc. The room was supposed to be superior with air conditioning. It did but it was totally ineffective. To try to cool the room we opened the the windows. We were 'attacked' one evening by mosquitoes and are now suffering the effects of bites. Didn't expect that on the sixth floor of a hotel in central Paris! The Bar was unjustifiably expensive with poor service and poor quality of food. On the two occasions we used it we had to return dirty glasses. A well done hamburger at lunch was served rare! The two waiters more or less ignored us once the food had been delivered.Reception, the Spa, and Breakfast were all excellent in every respect. Disappointing overall.

muffe zeer oude kamer, badkamer, absoluut niet in lijn met prijs, ondanks ligging.
