    Great West End location, checked in at 1pm and the room was ready, never had to wait long for lift, clean comfortable room. Phoned reception for two extra pillows and they arrived within minutes. Nice open views over London from room and bar/restaurant.

    None experienced during our stay.

    very central location and quiet

    only 2 lifts of which one was out of service. As the first floor of rooms was on the 10th floor the using of the lift was essential. There were long waits

    Friendly staff at front disk

    Breakfast was continental and should be English. Restaurante staff are .

    The location of the hotel is perfect for shoping and pleasure in London.

    Better value at other hotels in area.

    Excellent position and location. Superb views over breakfast.

    Very little ambience about the hotel. Staff polite but very matter of fact. Exec room next to lift and exceptionally noisey as a consequence. Room in need of re decoration and certainly not as illustrated/presented on web site.

    Sites shopping theatre land.
