Hotel Ryad Mogador Agdal

Habitaciones muy grandes. En el baño hay ducha y bañera y se pueden duchar simultaneamente dos personas.Tiene un centro comercial nuevo (abierto en abril-2011) con Carrefour, muchos restaurantes y tiendas a cinco minutos andando. La carrera de taxi hasta el centro son 20DH (menos de 2€)

El personal no es muy proactivo, pero si encuentras a la persona adecuada te solucionan cualquier problema. Nosotros tuvimos que cambiar de habitación, porque la que nos dieron estaba pegada a una carretera y había mucho ruido y al primer intento nos comentó un tipode la recepción que no había habitaciones disponibles que dieran a la piscina y fueran más silenciosas. Pero insistimos a otro tipo de la recepción que fue muy amable y nos cambió de inmediato, así que no acepteis un no por respuesta. El bufet del desayuno es muy abundante y variado y los dulces son de película.

Hotel could improve on its shuttle service to the city centre by extending the service to 10 pm. Also it should have a pick up point for hotel guests from the city centre back to the hotel. Hotel could also do with a shop either within the hotel or nearby for basic everyday amenities.

Liked the room which was spacious and confortable. Bathroom too was reasonably spacious with bath tub and separate shower cubicle. Very clean and good size swimming pool. All rooms have balconies.

Tea and Coffee making facilty was not available. Mini bar too was empty. Hotel is at least 2 to 3 km from the city centre and is in a developing area. There are no shops nearby and due to its distance from the city centre taxis are not readily available. However hotel does have a shuttle service which runs every 2 hours from 9am to 5 pm only.

Not much other than a stroll to the nearby Agdal gardens. All the main sights are around the city centre.

The absolute only posetive about this hotel is the outdors facilities (swimming pools a. m. ) and a few people in the reception

I have had about 900 overnights in hotells. If you book and pay for a 5 star hotel you also expect value for the money. But not here. This Ryad Mogador is in my opinion a 3 star hotel. F. i. there were no water at all in the shower or in the bath in our first room, After discussions we got 2 days later another room, even there were plenty of free rooms, here the water could not leave the bath throuhh the drain ! I have photo showing the unfinished repairs in the bathroom. All over the hotel all outside doors were open, during both day and night time, night temperature outside and inside gangways and reception were 8- 12 degree celtius .Also it took 12 hours to get the casiers accept for paying with American Express Card, even it is accepted by the hotel in the Welcome Book. And: the english language is far, far away ! Therefore we expect a reduction in the price.

LES chambres sont grandes et agreables.Les piscines sont très agreables.Le personnel est très souriant et serviable.

Les moquettes des couloirs sont tachées ce qui donne une mauvaise impression d'entretien.Les matelas de piscine sont aussi très tachès, housses non amovibles ou non lavées?Heureusement qu'ils nous fournissent des serviettes de bain agreables.

rien sauf centre commercial carrefour + boutique et divers restos dans la galerie commercante.

Trop de monde .Service deborde au pdj. Plus de chaises ni matelas à la piscine. Semaine de Paques à eviter

hôtel assez joli

personnel très désagréable au restaurant et aucune service ( ne viennent pas servir le café sans devoir le demander 4/5 fois sauf lorsque le responsable de salle est présent).Prix excessif par rapport aux prestations ( restaurant à 20 euros par repas et par personne pour un buffet plus que minable et sans spécialités locales ... bref aucun interet). L'hôtel est assez loin du centre ( 3 kms ) mais un navette est prévue .... sauf que pour l'utiliser, il n'y a qu'un passage tout les 1 heure trente minutes et qu'il n'y a que 17 places pour un hôtel de au moins 250 chambres ???!!!

RIEN UN GRAND CINÉMA À 200 METRES UN SUPER RESTAURANT À 5MN À PIED "AL FASSIA"

JE N'AI PAS MANGÉ ,CAR L'ALCOOL EST INTERDIT, DONC PAS DE VIN AUCUN JUGEMENT SUR CETTE QUESTION ; JE LE SAVAIS AVANT DE PARTIR

TRÈS PROPRE, BELLES INSTALLATIONS, SPA DE GRANDE QUALITÉ ,PISCINE MAGNIFIQUE
