La habitación estaba llena de humedades, polvo y telerañas. La ventana rota, y la llave no iba bien, por lo que tuvieron que hacer uso de la llave maestra. Fue una experiencia horrible, no pudimos dormir porque nos cogio una tos de alergia bastante destacable

cercano al aeropuerto de Gatwick con un servicio de transporte muy bueno.El hotel en sí , tiene mucho encanto. El restaurante ofrece un buen menú , buen servicio , y todo a un precio muy justo.Nos hemos alojado aqui muchas veces y recomendado a familiares y amigos. Buen ambiente.

Opiniones negativas , ninguna. Con el cambio de empresa, hacer alguna reforma para mantener un buen estado del mismo no sería de mas...

I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. The pictures on the Internet were very misleading and did not represent the hotel or room we were given. Firstly when we checked in and tried to gain access to our room we couldn't get into it! Then the sight of the room almost had me in tears, the curtains were mouldy, the decor was dated and shabby. We could hear the guests in the next room plugging things into the sockets and switching the bedside lights on and off. When I used the shower I had to bend down to get my head under the shower head - I'm only 5ft3". I don't think I need to say anymore.

I am afraid I should have been warned of the fact that there were works in progress at the hotel implying consistent, loud noises. I would also like to point out that the rooms have very basic facilities to say the least, The little tv set that only offers 4 tv channels was even unusable due to the works taking place on the hotle roof. I am hereby asking for a refund. Regards Basile

Room was clean. Staff ok

Very run down hotel. the bed room was small with very old and tired furniture, the bathroom was also tired with a very stained and tarnished mirror. The room we had was also very noisey, from a party function downstairs and a air con unit. I would not recommend this hotel or ever stay there agin. Invest your money else where

evening meal was lovely, a bit expensive for what it is such as simple items like a chicken burger and drinks were expensive.

Breakfast continental no choice what so ever... the youguts were horrible flavours, croissants stale. for £ there should be more choice like granola, muffins, fruits like bannans and apples. u should be able to warm your croissants up.

The staff were very helpful and informative, the shuttle bs was a very convenient to access Gatwick Airport and the room was more than satisfactory.

There's not much in terms of near site activities, but we were only looking for a budget hotel with a relatively easy access to central London. We took a hotel shuttle bus to Gatwick Airport and trains to the centre. The bus service ran every hour which was highly convenient and allowed us to stay in the centre until late and share a few drinks.
