Very nice Breakfast Buffet

Need of Card to use for Elevator is not good.

Nice hotel. Like it very much. The food was very good. Spesially breakfast. The best ever.

Dont like the room. Old and smell bad.

Good clean and comfortable room.

No water or other drinks available in the room. Easily purchased locally but could be available in room which the hotel could charge for.

10 minutes walk from centre of city, so lots to do.

Location very fine; hotel staff effective and friendly; breakfast buffet excellent. Fridge and safe in the room both very useful!!

Double bed had only one quilt; in bathroom only one large bath towel. Air condition not working properly; radio not in order.

Metro stations close to the hotel meant easy access to all Kyiv! Some very good restaurants situated in the neighbourhood; many main sights within walking distance.

Avis had transportation-service at the hotel, and that was good. Avis was also very helpful to tell us what to do in Kiev. In the reception they where not so helpful to tell us about things to do.

We had booked one double-superior room for 2 persons. When we came to the room, they had prepared it for just one person, 1 of everything, even in the bed. I overheard an other guest said the same. Difficult to make the temperature constant in the room.

Walking 10 minutes, and you came to city-centre.

Would come back again.

Good Breakfast Buffet with various options (bread, muffins, eggs, bacon, fruit, vegetable-salad etc...). Very clean rooms and facilities. Lots of security loitering around...

Some soviet flair is still alive when running through the hotel corridors. Most of the furniture within my hotel room seemed to have come from the late 80´s althoug it was in proper condition. Remodeled and modern Bathroom.

Only some 10 walking minutes away from Bessarabia Square and Chrescartyk Ave, so pretty close to the "heart" of Kiev.

Using the Metro is a big "life experience" and very interesting to see and feel the life in Kiev. Kiev is very big and you can see everything good the can offer, also the poor and hard life. I personally love Kiev and the Ukraine people, especially all the beautiful and fit woman's and girls everywhere you go. This city have all!!! and, and, and, don't forget, fly to Kiev with Wizzair!!! the most interesting fly-company this days.

Breakfast is very good and staff friendly.

Restaurant food in evening is not interesting and then I was ordering, the food was not good! And then we leave´d the Hotel, my god, we have never been in such circumstances before, 10 min over 12:00 "the departure time" was knock on our door. It is a big injury. The Hotel must find better to have guests "out of Hotel" !! We believed maybe the time between 12 and 13 was okay for leaving the Hotel, but unfortunately NO.

Independence Square is a big "deal".

When I loocked up the hotel on Google Map there was a missinformation about the location of the hotel. The pictures og the hotel on internet was not so good outside.

Security was very good, breacfast was exelent. Parking was good.

Curtains and bedspread was a bit oldfassion. The piano in the loby did not work
