Hotel Rubino

Three hotels are in a same building just having different floor. In practice, they seem to be the same (one) hotel. They shared the same front, same entrance, same building. So I think guests can not expect a good service because they do not compete to each other.

1. We found a insect called "balck tiger" on the bed. We have taken the picture of the insect. 2. When we caught the insert, immediately we reported the insect to the desk(hotel front), however they ignored the report and removed the insect without notecing us. In addition, they did not gave us a sufficient medical care. 3. All family have been in trouble of dermatitis during stay in Rome and even now, after coming back to home. We saw a doctor, and the doctor said it was caused by an acarid. 4. The hoel was very dirty and no water boiling pot was provoded. Also they did not change the bed sheet everyday. Only they changed it if we requested face to face. During our stay for 1 week, they changed bed sheet just one time. 5. Summarily, a very bad impression about the hotel "Rubino" and Rome seem to be remained in our memory.
