La localización es muy buena.

El hote es un tres estrellas, no cuatro como tienen calificado.

Supongo que en caso de alojarse en una habitación normal a calle y no interior) la relación calidad/precio del servicio sería correcta

La situación del hotel es inmejorable.

La habitación nº 30 en la que estuve es pésima, no es propia de un hotel 4*. Es la única de la planta bastante más pequeña que las restantes y ventila a patio interior, por donde hay tubos de ventilación. El calor que hacía era insoportable. Incluso el personal del hotel que nos acompañó a la habitación, sólo entrar, abrió la ventana a les 21.30 h.

Una renovación de mobiliario y moqueta del hotel sería conveniente.

I would strongly recommend this hotel for a relaxed cultural visit to Vienna. Equally it provides a centrally located meeting place for business contacts.

The hotel has the perfect location. It's central location puts central Vienna within 30 minutes walk. The breakfast provided good quality and range of food and was well managed by helpful and attentive staff. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I broke a wine glass in my room and the reception staff organised someone to clear up the glass. The staff were effective and efficient in response to all my enquiries and requests. The roof top restaurant is lovely - excellent food served in a beautiful setting by highly competent staff.

One minor problem was that on 2 evenings the hot water was fine for a shower but not enough for a bath.

Stephansdom is within 2 minutes walk. The major sights, opera, theatre, museums, art galleries, shopping, cafés, restaurants are within easy reach by foot. In the 9 days we stayed there we walked each day rather than using public transport because everything was so close.

I quite liked the old-fashioned feel to the hotel; it had real character.The location is fantastic./

Het enige positieve: uitstekende ligging, prima bed.

Kamermeisjes spreken geen Duits en geen Engels, communicatie vrijwel onmogelijk. Veel te weinig personeel, kamer wordt pas in de loop van de middag opgemaakt. Parketvloer vuil. Geen vloerkleedjes naast het bed. Receptie is onderbemand waardoor steeds wachttijden. De wachtende gasten vinden nauwelijks plaats in de te kleine lobby. Te kleine ontbijtzaal waardoor gasten wachten moeten op een tafel. Ontbijtbuffet niet al te royaal, wordt nauwelijks aangevuld. Kortom: geen viersterren hotel, slechte kwaliteit-prijs verhouding. Auto parkeren kost EURO 27,00 p/d, m.i.v. 1 november 2008 wordt dit EURO 29,00 p/d

Das Hotel ist für Touristen top zentral gelegen. Alter und Einrichtung der Zimmer entsprechen nicht ganz den Erwartungen an ein 4Sterne Haus. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher bescheiden respektive nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäss, z.B. wäre es angebracht, wenn es frische Früchte hätte oder ganz einfach nicht gesüsste Haferflocken. Geamtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist jedoch i.O.
