falta mas actividades para los niños o tambien para los adultos ,el animador no tiene mucha gracia para esto.
el trato con el,personal del hotel ha sido muy positivo.
el bufet para la gente mayor o niños 8 años bien pero para los mas peques muy mal la variedad para elegir habria que pensar tambien un poco en ellos.
pasear e ir de tiendas o si hace buen tiempo la playa.

Although this was a very cheap holiday and I kept an open mind & knew not to expect too much I was very disapointed with this hotel . Having worked for First Choice for 20 years I was very surprised that this standard of Hotel is being offered . It is definately the worst First Choice accomodation I have stayed in . The hotel staff are doing their best and all hardworking but cannot cope with the volume and " standards" of its guests

The hotels lifts are are not appropriate for the size of the hotel The Hotels has a strange smell (musty) inparticular outside the dining room The sheets are clean in the room however the blankets and top cover smell sugesting they have not been cleaned for a long time The hotel rooms are paper thin , I could hear snoring from the adjacent room 7 o clock in the restraunt was a joke , all guests decended like locusts and there were far too many guests queing for the small buffet area . Again one had to queue 10mins for a drink with our meal on several occasions Our room was above the childrens playground which should not have been a problem however rowdy older children were allowed to hang out there unsupervised wrekinkg the equipment often till 11 pm . On several mornings maintenance men were observed fixing the damage. The room was only superficialy clean , I strored my suitcase under the bed and on pulling it out it was covered in dust & hairs.

klantvriendelijk, zeer snelle en vriendelijke afhandelingen bij balie, eten zeer uitgebreid en smaakvol. Ligging hotel zeer centraal t.o.v. dorp en andere dorpen.
geen parkeerplaatsen.

deja deux couples d'amis sont et vont partir car pour notre part enchantés
trés bonne prestation sur son ensemble, cadre, cuisine parfaite personnel acceuillant
problemes de wifi repetitifs, manque d'animation les apres midi pour les plus jeunes
plage,visite de barcelone,detente,soirée trés agreables a l'hotel

tres bonne situation
personnel "qui sourit quand il se brule".Nourriture plus que mediocre et non variee. La clientele de sa gracieuse Majeste est pratiquement ivre tous les jours(la formule tout inclus ).LE soir il est impossible de rester au salon avec des personnes à vos cote qui BRAILLENT et hurlent pendant que leurs enfants jouent et detraquent les ascenseurs et bousculent les clients. Je ne retournerai jamais plus dans cet etablissement et je le deconseillerai à toutes les personnes.Il y a presque 40 ans que je vais en Espagne regulierement et c est le plus mauvais sejour.
Que le personnel soit plus vigilant sur l attitude des clients ou bien mentionner que la clientele française est indesirable

zeer vriendelijk personeel buiten de normale uren voor te eten,mogelijkheid tot 12 uur s´nachts een tussendoortje te halen in de eetzaal.
na 24.00 te luidruchtig van beschonken gasten.
alle dorpen goed bereikbaar met o.v. stand goed en vlug bereikbaar.

J'ai demandé en remarque une chambre vue mer si c'est au même prix, et l'hotel a honoré ma demande.
Bon emplacement géographique, vue mer.Personnel serviable parlant français et très professionnel.
Qualité de la nourriture ... mais bon ca vaut largement le prix payé.
Visiter les points culminants de Blanes, Llioret et Tossa. Pas grand chose à Santa Suzanna.

es un hotel de 4 estrellas,con buena calidad en las comidas,i un personal atento..haria falta renovar un poco las habitaciones,cuarto de baño..

preparado para giris(extranjeros),las duchas no son de telefono,estan empotradas a la pared,es dificil duchar o bañar a un bebe,,el horario de comidas es corto,i las conidas podrian estar un poco mas elavoradas
en primavera poca cosa,pasear por el pueblo extensa avenida que une santa susana con malgrat de mar,todo de tiendas(ideal para mi mujer),poca cosa mas,por la noche hay espetaculos...
