Clean, friendly staff, great location
air con not working; stayed in room 612 poor view from the room, no late night bar for a drink.

Services are not at international standard. When request for hot water to drink, too much question asked. Room facilities not ideal for families. Room not been ventilated with natural means, felt stuffy and lack of fresh air. Suffered allergy - running nose

There was one staff member who was very kind as we also ended up with food poisioning from a restaurant the hotel staff recommended - they did allow us a delayed check out of 3.30pm on teh Sunday as were were too ill to get out of bed! It is a great location, the decoration was nice and the staff friendly but until they sort out their room bookings, finish their renovations and make sure that the rooms are fully cleaned then I wouldnt recommend this hotel.
We paid more to book a superior double room as it was my birthday weeknd. When we arrived at the hotel we were shown our room and it was a standard double room - we complained to the staff and tehy were apologetic but informed us that there had been a mix up and there were no superior rooms left. We got offered breakfast as compensation however because there were renovations going on in their restaurant this was not available at the hotel and was across the road - it was also not appropriate for us as we had lots of friends staying in Barcelona so our breakfasts were spent with them. Then we were awoken at 8am with building works being carried out on the restaurant. We also found dirty socks in our wardrobe!
