    Staff were generally friendly and happy to provide a pot of tea - apparently for free - at the tables in the reception.

    Very tired and in need of major refurbishment. Room and bathroom were cramped and old fashioned. Breakfast sausage was of the mechanically recovered meat variety. The lift was dated to say the least and to find it full of two supermarket trolleys with dirty laundry did not create the best of impressions!
