    Precioso edificio y excelente ubicación

    Aunque la calidad del desayuno es aceptable, el bufet tiene poca variedad

    Se puede llegar caminando al Parlamento, Westminster, al London Eye (el hotel está al lado del rio) o a Trafalgar Square.

    La habitación reservada y pagada como executive no fue la facilitada (standar) y posiblemente por ello nadie de recepción hablaba o no querían hablar ni una pa-labra de español ni de francés. Situación incomoda que no tendria que llegar aproducirse. Lamentable.

    Superb, stay very well located within walking distance of every attraction and the tube just around the corner, currnently saving to return ASAP, and will look every day for a discount.

    Beautiful building and very convenient to Westminster, Leicester Square and Covent Garden. We had a lovely room overlooking the Thames to the Eye. Friendly staff and a great breakfast.

    mixed stay with the Hotel, check in very good, room very clean lots of bits, retraunt the food was very very good

    where to start, the most smallest uncomfortablest bed i have ever slept on in a hotel, the concierage was very busy and was unable to assist us!!! we had a meal in 1212 resturant this meal was fab however the service was not great, sitting down and waiting for drinks in great heat not nice, having dirty plates put beside my seat whilst other seats cleared for breakfast not getting asked if we would like tea or coffee on one morning oops i forgot to ask this is very poor service for a 5 star hotel, i would not recomend this hotel ive stayed at millenium mayfair swisshotel the howard, the waldorf

    consistency throughout the hotel, staff were polite, welcoming friendly. A lovely place to stay in a great location.

    Very classy hotel.

    Reported a faulty bathroom extractor fan which,despite being told it would be attended to by maintenace staff ,was not during our stay.

    Extremely helpful and attentive staff. Appeared genuinely interested in our plans. Went the extra mile

    My only complaint would be that the cooked breakfast was very greasy - mushrooms fried in butter, deep fried hash browns seemingly swimming in fat and exceedingly buttery scrambled eggs. Apart from that no other negatives

    The hotel is in the centre of London within walking distance of all sightseeing and shopping
