During their holidays guests may enjoy the comfort and luxury of this spa complex in harmony with the beauty of nature. The air-conditioned beach hotel offers a lobby bar, a cigar bar, a main restaurant, an Italian restaurant, a piano bar, pool bar, a winery and a garden bar. A special VIP area on the beach is designed especially and only for hotel guests. Built in 2011, the hotel offers 139 rooms in total and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, currency exchange facilities and lift access to the upper floors. There is also a hairdressing salon, cafe and pub, and conference facilities are provided for business guests. Internet access, room service and a laundry service are offered for additional fees. Guests arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park.

The hotel offers luxurious, exclusive and comfortable rooms, studios and apartments, furnished in an authentic designer style. All rooms are equipped with cable TV, a telephone, minibar, safe, individually regulated air conditioning and central heating as well as an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. A hairdryer, direct dial telephone, wireless Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, an ironing set and a private balcony or terrace also feature as standard.

There is an outdoor swimming pool with poolside snack bar (fees apply). Sun loungers are provided by the pool and on the sandy beach. Guests may also enjoy a game of tennis or minigolf (fees apply for both).

Situated in the resort village of Elenite, this design hotel offers panoramic views of the Black Sea. It´s only 35 km away from Burgas airport and just 10 km away from Sunny Beach. Elenite is the only Bulgarian resort with only south exposure along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. There is a pleasant combination of sea and mountain, calm curved hills sloping directly into the sea.
