I liked the the lifts and stairs could only be accessed via key card. Location of hotel was good.
Only two coathangers - that is just ridiculous. No croissants or pain au chocolat or muesli at breakfast.

Would definitely use again.
Clean,spacious rooms. Massive comfy bed. Airy atrium, good clean decor. Very good breakfast -food didn't run out, plenty to eat.
Pricesof bottled water in room. 1.95 kr! worked out at almost £7 for 1.5 litre bottle! Perhaps this is problem of exchange rate but a complimentary bottle would have been nice. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been appreciated. Good view from room over Square but noisy at night. (til 3 a. m.) but weather was hot, day and night and we had windows open.
Excellent location. Plenty of sights, restaurants and bars nearby.

Absolutely excellent location.
Many walking tours of Prague commenced from the clock in Old Town Square - less than two minutes walk from the hotel. An abundance of restaurants and shops also just as close.

Room was on the small side but did not spoil the overall enjoyment. Location was excellent and all sights were within walking distance. Breakfast was plentiful.

The huge bonus of thie hotel is its position in the heart of the old town.

Situacion inmejorable, instalaciones buenas, atencion del personal muy buenas,
La habitacion se deberia dotar de algun elemento comodo para estar sentado. El buffet es deficiente para esta categoria de hotel, asi como no deberia tener un local con ruido elevado en sus bajos (HARD ROCK)
