nos ha encantado, centrico a un paso de todo. En recepcion el trato fenomenal, llegamos a la hora de comer, y la recepcionista abrio el comedor para que calentaramos la comida de la niña un detalle a resaltar por su parte.

si vas con niños genial, tienes enfrente los parques de la torre petrin y justo detras la isla de kampa con muchos columpios, me entendereis los que teneis peques, ya que ellos tambien necesitan un poquito de entretenimiento

Muy bien, el trato de los empleados exquisito, recepción en español. Ubicación perfecta. Buenas instalaciones.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas debería tener las ventanas de la habitación más limpias.

En general, todo el hotel está bien, el bufet del desayuno es variado y de calidad, aunque como todo mejorable, las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias y la ubicación es tal vez algo alejada del centro, pero con un entorno agradable y tranquilo. Para viajes en grupo es muy valorable que en la recepción hay espacio y sofás suficientes para tomarse algo o esperar.

Estando alojado en el hotel, pedí presupuesto para reservar unas habitaciones. entregué los datos en respección tal y como me pidieron la recepcionista y a día de hoy aún estoy esperando. por lo tanto, lentitud o mucho me temo que ya no lo recibiré.

Very good location in Mala Strana opposite Petrin Hill. Handy for centre, Charles Bridge, Castle etc.. either on foot or using the very good tram service. A good range of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance (most considerably cheaper than around Wensleslas Square or Old Town area. Excellent helpful, friendly staff. Good buffet breakfasts. Very clean. Smoking and non-smoking rooms available. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space in room. Good value for money because we managed to get our room on offer at around £75 per night for double B

One slight criticism - the bathroom tiles around the bath would have benefited from re-grouting and (as often the case in Prague hotels) the shower over the bath was hand-held making showering a little difficult. Also the room which our friends had did not have a shower curtain which made showering even more difficult for them. It was, however, nice to be able to soak in the bath.

The hotel is located in the centre of Prague near the carlsbridge and shops.

Great position, large, clean and confortable room and bathroom, friendly staff.

Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been nice but they are available near the reception.

A nice walk through MALASTRANA to the old castle, close to Charles Bridge, Karmelitska Church, Saint Nicolas Church and the Music Museum. Many nice restaurants and bars in the area.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be appreciated, specifically for early morning hot drinks.
