precio hotel bien, instalacion bien, personal de servicio bien

sospresa en el menú no se incluia el agua , no ofrecian agua ni de grifo, en otros hoteles hay agua en jarras a disposicion del cliente, y el menu su calidad es superior a lo que he podido observar, de hecho solo entre al comedor la 1ª noche,

mejorar la calidad del menú

Creo que con la calificacion del hotel huelga cualquier comentario. buen hotel, buena atencion y repetire cuando pueda. saludos

El hotel esta en proceso de renovación (fachada) y los albañiles golpeaban desde las 10 de la mañana.

Went for 3 day break hotel first class, staff pleasant and always smiling, food - spoiled for choice,bedroom very spacious and cleaned daily. Enjoyed so much booked again in May

The dining Room Staff and the cleaning staff worked hard. Close to the beach.

There was a poor selection of food both at Breakfast and Dinner. The sweet selection was particularly poor. Some of the food at dinner was re-presented at breakfast ie Tortilla. The animation prograqmme was also poor for a 4 Star hotel and there seemed little in the way of Family entertainment. The Hotel is bound on both sides by streets and the trafficand peeople noise is particularly bad first thing in the morning.

The Hotel is located in the centre of La Carihuela and there are plenty of restaurants and Bars close by.

It is near all the facilities in the village and near the beach. The staff was very kindly.

The food was not good. No variation and not good prepared. Last year it was much better.
