It would have been helpful if we had been told that the hotel is about 5 kilometers from the station - the approximate distance we had to carry our bags just before midnight in a temperature approaching 30 degrees Centigrade! We would have got a taxi. There was no food available when we arrived - not even a snack - and was not sure whether I could drink the tap water. It is also rather unfortunate that there were roadworks bein carried out outside the hotel while we were there. These appeared to be aimed at covering the rather attractive canal in front of the hotel - which would be a shame. Reception was open late at night (a relief) and staff were helpful.
cleaned well everyday, polite helpfull staff and quiet.
room was small and bathroom smaller still. As the bathroom had an all in one wet room no space to move and smelly and humid in there (not confortable at all).
Not much to do at all in close versinity to hotel as quiet residential area. But venice on the bus is roughly 20 minutes
