    la ubicación del hotel es inmejorable (en pleno Puerto Marina), el personal es super agradable y muy acogedores, y el buffet tiene matrícula de honor. Yo lo he visitado 3 veranos seguidos y mientras pueda volveré a hacerlo, nos sentimos como en casa por la amabilidad de todo el personal.

    Todo el personal es muy amable y simpático

    La habitación daba a la parte trasera del hotel y estaba en la planta 0, por lo que teníamos que estar siempre con la terraza cerrada por seguridad según nos dijeron en el propio hotel.

    All the staff were very professional, polite and very helpful. The cleanliness was exceptionally good.

    We thought the hotel was very good the staff were extremely helpfull at all times the cleanliness was exceptional and it was not noisy at all. The room was spacious with good facilities. The food was of good quality and reasonable variety.

    There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

    The marina is beautiful with lots of reseraunts and shops boat trips are available on certain days in the winter. There are lots of nice walks and crazy golf is always a good to spend an hour!

    We were very pleased with hotel. Little hiccup on checking in our booking could not be found but was no problem. I had booking details. Room on ground floor good but a bit small for 3 beds(my 10 yr old son)Food excellent great variety friendly service. Entertainment in nights could be better. Guests dont stay after entertainment. No atmosphere.More activities during day would attract families with children. Ideally situated beside beautiful beach. Desk staff very helpful when son ill on check -out day and organised room near reception until we left. Highlight of stay was the excellent food!

    Bed pillows hard. Dried fruit in restaurant old. Most staff professional although at busy times they could not seat us where we usually sat for dinner.

    Excellent hotel, lovely food, fantastic service from friendly staff team. Great location. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
