TRES PEU D ANIMATION A L INTERIEUR DE L HOTEL LES PLATS PRINCIPAUX DU DINER NE SONT PAS AU NIVEAU PROBLEMES D ASCENSEUR AU NIVEAU DE LA SECURITE : FERMETURE TROP VIOLENTE DES PORTES COULISSANTES SUR L USAGER SANS RETRAIT POSSIBLE
A very good hotel which offers quality food and great levels of service in every department.

Pool areaa little naff in that beds are cramed together and also in rows so you have little option of movement/having any space from other guests. While bar area of an evening is good and relaxed don't expect too much in the way of entertainment. It's either a show of what swim suits are available from hotel shop or the official showband (who really are quite poor).
Area is really 99.9% German, that's not a bad thing but someting to be aware of. Would suggest the beach area of Playa del Ingles is a little tacky and basic. Night life is a haven for gay bars. Again, not a problem but just something to be aware of. Overall all is ok as long as you don't expect quality.
