well presented and maintained hotel. good solid 4 star level.
walk down the hill to the small public beach. a lovely spot with a splattering of bars and restaurants. very pleasant for a short break..

Beautiful ambiance. Xmas decorations all around creating a nice atmosphere. Very well equipped, furniture etc. Food was excellent. Plenty of choice. Pep and Pablo were really good in the dining room. Highly professional.
Booked an early breakfast on our departure and the door was locked into the dining room. Took 10 mins to open up. We had booked it because of the time of the flight.
Not much in winter, but the bus service was excellent just outside of the hotel.Palma was easy to get to.

Great choice of food and service excellent. Lovely view from the room.
The hotel is on one of Palmas main bus routes (3). Whilst a frequent service, there are numerous stops and the journey to city centre (eg to plaza espana) takes >30 minutes. We visited at end of April / start of May and Illetes itself was very quiet. Although rooms are comfortable, the decor in certain parts of the hotel is from extreme of just refurbished to quite dated.

insgesamt hervorragend, preisgerecht und sehr empfehlenswert (schon mehrfach geschehn nun). "Kosmetik" bei Einrichtung und Hallenbad. Ansonsten - weiter so!!!
sehr persönlicher und prof. Service wirklich persönlich herausragend! Umgang, Service, Nachfrage, Empfang - ganz gross!
Matratzen fragwürdig - vermutlich alt! Federn "hüpften" einzeln in letzter Nacht. Hallenbadtemperatur schwankend Undichte Stelle im Hallenbadraum - Eindringen von Regen

Grundsätzlich ein solides, schönes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Blick. Das Publikum ist gemischt, sowohl Familien mit Kleinkindern, Pärchen und ältere Personen ist alles da.
Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne Zimmer, reichhaltiges Essen.
Die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs hätte besser sein können. Ich hatte jeden Tag ein schmutziges Teil (2xTeller, Tasse, Glas, Untersetzer) in der Hand. Beim Abendessen hätte ich mir einen Kaffee gewünscht, dies war im Restaurant nicht möglich. Dafür musste man nach dem Essen eine Etage nach oben gehen und an der Bar gab's dann Kaffee (der sehr gut schmeckte).
