La atención del personal es inmejorable. Muy buena situación. Tranquilidad y relax asegurados.

Las comidas son repetitivas y algo simples. La estética de las habitaciones se pasó de moda hace unos cuantos años.

We visited in January and it can be cold then. It was not possible to use the beach when it was windy because it was too cold. There is no central heating in the apartments only air conditioning. In January I would recommend taking a wet suit for surfing. It does rain a bit in January fortunately for us mainly at night when we were there.

Hot water at all times. Any problems sorted within minutes. Family rooms in annex were we were are very spacious. Great animation team for kids. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great Chinese restaurant (need to book). Nice playing card room and dancing area with live band. Pool in annex area very sheltered. For a three star hotel it is outstanding and the location is very beautiful being on the edge of a conservation area. Rooms were reasonably quiet at night.

Structure showing its age a bit. Dining room very busy and a bit small for the size of the hotel. Entertainment for adults a bit weak. Daytime noise can be a bit overwhelming at the big pool.

Surf on a body board. Walk along the beach or up a mountain (need a car). Visit Lobos island. Fly a kite. Very advanced sail boarding and kite surfing (great to watch). Build sand castles.

Would like say thanks to all the staff there they are so hard working and helpful and keep the hotel running like clock work, also thanks to jo and neil for making our holiday an extra good one.

This is a lovely place to stay will be going back in the near future, have got no negative comments to make about this hotel it is lovely and would recomend to all.

    None

Not much bit of a bus trip into town and a water park near there too, only a few minutes on the bus. The beach is to die for so thats where we parked ourselves for a week.

the food was very nice. Beach was lovely. Mostly friendly staff. an awful smell on site possibly due to cess pit being full?
