El servicio del staff hace que este hotel sea de los mas agradables en las que me he quedado . Las habitaciones son comodas y con wifi gratis ademas .

hay algunas playas, hay bares. Se puede pasear bien. Sobre todo la tranquilidad al rededor

El personal es excelente.Se agradece muchísimo la amabilidad, buena profesionalidad y buen humor de todo el personal del hotel.Las instalaciones está muy bien y por supuesto ayuda mucho, pero al final te quedas con el trabajo y actitud de las personas y está claro que esta qualidad tan importante está en este hotel, felicidades y mi particular agradecimiento a todos ellos, (recepción, soporte, cafetería, limpieza, mantenimiento...) gracias!!

Excellent staff and food. Swimming pools superb. Very well managed.
Expensive wine at dinner.
2 beaches several bars,shops . Virtual Club Bus to Palma for 1euro 20 outside the hotel A quiet classy resort.

THIS HOTEL PROVED TO BE EXCELLENT VALUE. THE PROFFESIONALISM OF THE STAFF AND THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED WERE FAR SUPERIOR THAN THAT OF A 4STAR RATED HOTEL. I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM IN RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL, AND LOOK FORWARD TO A RETURN VISIT SOON.
NICE BEACH NEARBY, AND A SCATTERING OF LOCAL BARS AND RESTAURANTS. GOOD LOCAL BUS SERVICE RIGHT OUTSIDE

The staff treated everyone with courtesy at all times. The food was great and we had a great time
SMOKING in public places we gave up going in the reception bar or downstairs where the music was playing due to smoking
not to many but great bus service outside Hotel

My daughter and myself had a really relaxing stay in this hotel i would recommend it highlyone small commment was the waiting staff always looked cross or fed up. but everything else was lovely. thank you

A very good hotel in a quiet location. Perhaps a little too quiet as there was not much to do in the area, very few shops and no beach.

HOTEL LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT----WE OPTED FOR TABLE WAITER SERVICE ON OUR FIRST NIGHT AT THE HOTEL---MENU WAS LIMITED BUT WAITER POLITE INFORMED AND ATTENTIVE. ON REMAINING NIGHTS OPTED FOR BUFFET--EXECELLENT CHOICES AND QUALITY--AND VERY PLEASANT AMBIENCE--WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO THIS HOTEL.
OUR ROOM HAD SEA VIEW BUT IN MY OPINION FURNSIHING WAS SPARSE AND TIRED CARPET WAS THREADBARE IN PLACES AND BATHROOM WAS NOT UP TO PRESENT STANDARDS AS SEEN IN OTHER HOTELS OF SIMILAR GRADING--EG HOTEL JAIME 3--PALMA. HAIRDRIER ACCORDING TO MY WIFE WAS POOR
