Hotel Rincon Andaluz

We absolutely loved the place. Our room was lovely & the gardens, pols and food were fantastic.

Maybe need to consider staggered meal times as we didn't enjoy queing for our evening meal and lots of pushing Germans.

Good location near Puerto Banus, easy to find, good value for money and our room was an excellent size with a lovely balcony with comfortable chairs. The beds were really comfortable it was very clean if basic.

The hotel hosts activities daily - rather like Butlins style. Many of these activites will be welcomed (e.g. water polo, stretching classes, dance classes) however the noise levels associated with them I believe was unaccetable. Every morning the main pool would play very loud music over a loudspeaker from 11am. It was impossible to get away from the noise as our room overlooked the pool. In the evenings there was also live entertainment which again was often playing until 12.15am which would stop children or even adults sleeping if your room was near to the main area. I would not stay at this hotel again based on the level of noise. The beach area associated with the hotel did not offer many sunbeds, a shame as this could easily be achieved with little additional cost or effort from the hotel.

Basic but convenient and very easy. Room wasn't spectacular but very personal and loiveable which was pleasant. Great for families with kids.

The hotel grounds were of a high standard and well maintained. Reception staff spoke good english and were very helpful and friendly. The rest of the staff in the hotel such as restaurant/cleaners were also very friendly. Hotel entertainment was good and there was a lot of activities/sports organised during the day, which children could join in.

The standard of the room was very poor and quite basic. I would have expected more from a 4 star hotel, with at least a balcony or terrace to sit out on an evening

Beach quite close to hotel, with a variety of watersports. Not much else nearby. 15-20 min walk into Puerto Banus where shops and restaurants available. Approx 7 euros in a taxi.

Top spot. The only thing that didn't work well was the air-conditioning in one of our rooms.

We booked in at the exact same time as our friends however their room was far superior to ours which was a pity. The breakfast wasn't great and a bit disorganised.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definately recommend / stay once more. The one thing us girls did miss though was a full length mirror! The only mirror was that in the bathroom.... we coped though!The one other disappointment was no where to grab a snack at the hotel after 4pm, and dinner in the hotel for guests only on B

I was given a poor room with no view, I felt this was because I travelled alone, and am a Miss even though I am 44 years old and expect better.
