The other thing I should mention is that the age range of the guests staying at this hotel appear to be majority old age pensioners. I would say up to 80 percent were OAP pensioners. May be this is the case during the winter months iam not sure what the what age range is like during summer months. perhaps someone can comment on this.

This hotel is in a fantastic beach front location and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel also has an internet point next to the reception with one terminal which you have to pay 1 Euro to use. There is also a small outdoor pool on the side of the hotel which cannot be used during winter months due freezing water temperature

We booked a 1 week half board stay at this hotel and have been totally disappointed with the food offer at the hotel restaurant. This hotel's catering service leaves alot to be desired and alot of room for improvement. No fried breakfast in the morning, just the usual continental breakfast with pastries, cereals etc. The evening meal served is similar to school canteen style food. The management of this hotel really need to rethink and evaluate the food on offer and overhaul the service. I have stayed at alot of different 3 star hotels around the world and the food on offer has been great. The staff are hard working and hotel is in a great location if only food can be improved this will be a great place to enjoy a good holiday.

There really isn't much you can do around or near the hotel apart from a long walk around the beach promenade and the gandia harbour. The nearest town of any significance is Gandia town which is 6km away. There is a regular bus service which connects the resort to gandia town. You can also take a train to Valencia for a daytrip and explore the sorrounding towns by train or local bus service.
