Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I Business and City Resort

El hotel está muy bien para relajarte ya que no oyes casi nada. También tiene un buen servicio con respecto al trato de sus trabajadores hacia los huespedes.

Que El Garden cierra a las 23h ;si lo pusieran como un chillout por la noche hasta las 2:00 de la madrugada tendria bastante aceptacion .

Hotel amplio tanto en instalaciones como jardines. Transmite sensación de confort.

Uno de los mejores hoteles de ciudad en los que he estado. La zona de recepción y entrada del hotel es impresionante y con un estilo de decoración muy adecuado. La habitación es muy confortable y está bien iluminada con un amplio ventanal.

En una sola palabra: MAGNÍFICO. Cumple y supera lo que se espera de un resort 5* GL

La puerta interior que separa el baño y pasillo del dormitorio dificulta la apertura del ropero.

Ambiente muy agradable, decoración muy acertada, Sitio muy tranquilo, sin ruidos exteriores.

Queda un poco lejos del centro ciudad

todo estupendo, el buffet del desayuno excepcional. la situación tambien muy buena con un centro comercial "la illa" cerca . bien comunicado con el resto

I chose the hotel due to the price advertised on the easyjet hotels site. A 5 star hotel, it could not be faulted and we were a party of 4 adults and 2 children who were given adjoining rooms, which were perfect for our needs. Also the children know how to behave themselves in such surroundings so we did not have any issues there.Although catering for the expensed business traveller, we ate at a moderate price using the pool bar/cafes. The restaurants were beyond our means and not really meant for the simple means of the children.As for getting into the city, there were ample taxis available at the hotel and a word with the concierge meant that two taxis were synchronised in their journeys into whichever point in Barcelona we decided to end up at. Which in itself was good fun !! Taxi fare each way no more than 15 euros. There was an metro station close ('ish) by but the taxi option worked out well, especially with the children.The two outdoor pools were extremely good, the indoor pool a little fussy and heavily chlorinated, so gave that one a miss.Altogether, a good experience.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great with easy access to the metro, shopping, and the soccer (football) stadium. Our view was outstanding and the staff were very accommodating. We would have preferred the internet and bathing caps to be included in the room price. We booked breakfast with our package and would reccommend this for others as it was very good, but would otherwise have been quite pricey.

Staff exactly in recepción do not have the professionalism they should have. They lose the ass for people with best rooms.
