La relación calidad/ precio es muy buena.
Estuve alojada en el mes de agosto y había bastantes mosquitos en la habitación. Por lo demás, ningún problema.

Excelntes instlaciones y habitaciones.
Lejos del centro de la Torre y Duomo. hay que tomar dos autobuses para llegar a la Torre y los autobuses cierran una de las líneas a las 8 de la tarde con lo que la vuelta al hotal hay que hacerla en taxi, eso si no muy cara 8 euros para cuatro pasajeros. el viaje en autobús 1 euro y vale para llegar a la torre incluido el transbordo.

Would stay again
Front of House Staff kind and welcoming, efficient and able.
Breakfast staff rather unsure of themselves, buffet poorly provided for - lots of items finished or running low, lack of understanding of customers needs at a buffet breakfast.

Not much in the immediate area for onfoot guests but otherwise centrally located for Pisa and it's attractions.

Very clean. Reception staff very friendly and efficient.
Very disappointed in poor selection of food for breakfast not up to 4 star standard. Evening meal far too expensive so we ate out every night. Bedroom very small and not enough cupboard space. A long out for the main sightseeing locations. Overall I thought it was purely a business hotel.

Very helpful in changing our room when the air conditioning did't work properly
