    Room, towels and bed linen were spotlessly clean.

    Room furnishings were shabby. Breakfast had a strange taste.

    The location is pretty central. Thats about it.

    Overall the hotel badly needs attention. Everything is dated and worn. Our room was about 20 yards from reception, and proved to be very noisy as the staff insisted in speaking loudly, no matter what the hour. Vacuuming outside our room at 7.40am certainly did not help. Could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    did not feel 100% safe inn the surrounding area at night

    some really nice restaurants nearby, great shopping, not far from George Square

    very good value staff very pleasant and professional good location for everything

    really noisy if you are at the fornt of hotel bit shabby could do with new carpets and a lick of paint

    shopping mainly but handy for nearly evertything in Glasgow

    really good position in the city, near the shops, clubs , pubs and train station

    I have anything wrong about the hotel

    glasgow winterfest, shopping, clubbing, ( that's why I come) but you can go to see kelvingrove museum ..

    the hotel was next to the station and in the centre for shopping the rooms were a very good size the beds were so comfortable and clean the toilet/shower room was beautiful big and clean

    the stairs a lot after shopping all day

    I mistakenly thought breakfast was at ten, when infact it was at 9am, i was refused even a cup of tea by the diningroom waitress, infact, i wasn't even allowed a glass of juice, i thought this was petty and quite unacceptable as it took as long to eat the bowl of cereal i was allowed to have as it would to drink a cup of tea or juice. However, i complained to the receptionist and she very kindly gave us a cup of tea and a piece of toast, so i would like to praise her for her curtesy.

    As above, i put my comments in the wrong boxes. On the positve, the lovely C.R.M design of the hotel was really lovely.

    Central for everything.
