    Very friendly and pleasant reception staff.

    Breakfast too rushy by members of the staff and restaurant not well kept in cleaniness

    The dinner buffet was quality and variety. The staff was pleasant , helpful and friendly from the check in desk to the servers in the restaurant to the conceirge. We stay at a hotel close to Heathrow before we fly home and this was exceptional. Will definitely stay again.

    upon arrival, even after a long and very hot tube journey so appeared far from presentable, I was treated as someone important felt at home instantly, facilities were excellent and the room very comfortable, clean and had a huge bed couldn't ask for more.

    Queues everywhere from reception to breakfast. At a conference so everyone came out at the same time and just one person serving at the Starbucks in the hotel. Food served at bar often cold although the Peri Peri chicken is good.

    Nothing unless you are a plane spotter. Just one pub nearby and it is best to visit it as otherwise you have to have the overpriced food at the hotel

    good location , good service

    in such big hotel with just 4 elvevators and two of them were not workibng during the day i sepnt there i found it unbeliveable as took me almost 7 minutes waiting ever time to reach the room or vice versa

    The hotel had been pre-booked prior to leaving Australia and we considered that it was good value

    After the closure of the airspace it was disappointing to have to contend with a substantial increase in the room rate - Under the circumstances, being airline staff passengers, with no indications of when we could fly out of UK/Europe, we had to seek cheaper accommodation in Slough.

    The Bath Road is very convenient for walking and Slough, Windsor and Maidenhead are within easy reach on the local bus service

    We stayed for only one night. Check in was extremely quick. The bedroom was a good size with nice furniture and runway views. We had dinner in the restaurant and thought the buffet was good value with quick service and pleasant staff. Quick checkout followed comfortable nights' sleep

    Nice enough hotel. Typical large airport hotel. Room was comfortable; bathroom small but adequate.

    Long walk to rooms from elevators. Mini bar was out of action.
