Great location from which to set off and explore Vienna. Excellent breakfast. Hotel is clean and attractive, if a little run down. Rooms are quite small, but there is so much to see in Vienna we didn't spend much time there.

The water in our room was not very hot. In fact in the afternoon it was barely lukewarm. So we were not that impressed with it. The breakfast was good and we could not fault the location of the hotel. The staff were also very helpful and spoke good english.

no bath foam or shampoo bed poor quality and uncomfortable Chambermaids chatting outside room at 8 am
