    Front staff were exceptional. Loved the renovated bathrooms.

    Our room smelled of smoke. We were never offered a choice of a non-smoking room...perhaps there were none left?

    Excellent value for money, especially considering the position right in the very heart of the cafe and restaurant area and within very easy walking distance of the Old Town.

    11 boys on tour! The hotel was quiet (just like us), in a smashing location and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Loads of good restaurants and shops within a few yards of the hotel. Highly recommended for a short break. Excellent value.

    Handy location, spotless, friendly staff, value for money

    Breakfast needs improving. Croissants and breads more at home in UK Tescos than in a French hotel. Considering Bakerys close by. Vending machine coffee and orange unpalatable. Could not have another breakfast after first day. Chose to use the cafes outside.

    Shops very convenient Tram service to take you anywhere in Nice

    A good basic hotel in the heart of Nice, room very clean, able to check in early and were accommodated in a quiet room as requested. Would visit again and recommend to anyone looking for straightforward accommodation.

    Breakfast adequate but more variety might have been nice.

    Easy to visit other places along the coast, Eze, Cannes etc one Euro bus fares excellent value. Old Nice is a delight
