la habitacion es pequeña pero dicen que en londres es lo habitu<alel desayuno continental es buenisimo y incluso excesivo fruta fresca cerales tostadas bollos mantequilla panecillos.....el personal 24 horas y muy amable y las chicas del desayuno...

for the price we pad the hotel was excellent we would and will book again. the staff were great and very friendly not too far from bayswater tube station and only a ten min walk from hyde park.
the only thing we found wrong with the room was that there was no cold running water the cold tap was as hot as the hot water tap even the shower was to hot to use we were glad in a we were only there one night. but when telling the staff at check out there were very sorry and were sorting it out.

There was nothing wrong with the cleanliness of this hotel, apart from the fact that the toilet didn't flush properly at all and the bathroom smelt of sewage a little bit.
- The Room size was to small (Even for London) - My boyfriend (6ft6) didn't even fit in the bed, We spoke to another couple staying there and they had exactly the same problem. The beds are not double, they are 1 1/2 (which isn't what we paid for, and we should have been aware of this). - The customer service was the worse I have ever encountered. Rude from the start and on arrival there was someone at the reception and we we're offered a seat after one of the members of staff kicked (loudly) everything out of the . - After paying extra for 'English breakfast' the staff in the kitchen and reception told me I hadn't paid for it and we had to have Continental breakfast. Luckily I had my paperwork with me otherwise that money would have been wasted. - We had the worst nights sleep ever due to the noise of door rooms slamming all night. - The shower was either hot OR cold, not happy medium. (Once again, after speaking to another couple this wasn't just a problem for us but for them aswell). - The 'luggage' room was an old toilet room. Overall we we're really disappointed with our stay, mainly due to the very poor customer service we recieved. If we had been at least welcomed with a smile and a bit of courtesy we would have probably over looked some of the above. But instead we felt unwelcome and an inconvieniece to the staff rather than a customer from the start. A smile and a welcoming greet goes a long .

The price was reasonable, the location was good (handy for restaurants and the tube), the breakfasts were good and the staff were very friendly.
My single room was very small and it was down in the basement. There did not appear to be any satellite TV. There was no trouser press in the room.

We didnt stay at Reem,on arrival they told us we had to go to sister hotel next door,the Pembridge Palace which we didnt mind as manager said it was a better hotel. However although inititially pleased because we had a bath,we were not so happy that there was not a plug for either the bath or even the sink in the bathroom.We asked at reception and was told to ask at housekeeping the following day,which when we did we were told they had none and to have a shower.To be honest shower wouldnt have been a problem if I hadnt spent a fortune havin hair done that day so went out and bought a plug!Didnt have high expectations of hotel but think a plug in a sink or bath is fairly essential.Also no tea making facilities in this hotel as should have been in Reem.Room was small but only there two nights

staff very friendly and helpful. room a little on the small side. breakfast could do with a greater choice/ variety of food eg cold meats instead of just cheese and more prepared fruit rather than just grapefruit

het was een goed hotel, niet groot, maar alles was goed geregeld.
bij het schoonmaken werd te weining gestofzuigd.
metro was vlakbij, dus prima
