    Un lugar muy vello, y en el q se respira mucha paz en medio d la locura d la ciudad,fácil asceso a las zonas mas interesantes d la ciudad

    Deberían mejorar el desayuno y la comida en un restaurante tan vello,solo hace falta tener buena coctelería y una buena cocina.

    El edificio es precioso. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy bien decoradas.Lo único que no nos convenció plenamente fue el desayuno, el zumo no era natural y el buffet no era muy surtido para un hotel de esa categoría.

    We were upgraded to a suite. Thank you The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location and value for money.

    Only had breakfast. The poached eggs were cold, the toaster was slow. On the positive orange Juice and coffee were lovely

    Clean, huge rooms, friendly staff.

    They provide exchange services but they ripped us off. If we had changed money at a bureau de change we would have got 65 cuc more!Complete rip off and they didn't even give us a reciept which could be because the receptionist pocketed the money.

    Habana vieja is amazing..restaurants, bars shops are all nearby.

    The hotel itself is wonderful and the decor beautiful, however both the quality of food served at breakfast and the breakfast serving staff were very below average and this area of the buiness requires immediate action.Best of luck

    Fantastische inrichting in gotische-barok stijl algemene ruimtes. Vriendelijke en hartelijke ontvangst. De receptioniste ontdekte bij inchecken dat mijn partner die dag jarig was en feliciteerde hem. Locatie is top...in het oude centrum van Havana. Kamer is niet groot, redelijk eenvoudig ingericht, maar wel echt passend bij de stijl van het hotel.

    Ontbijt was redelijk. In de avond veel vliegen in de entree.

    Temidden van prachtige panden en pleinen. Leuke restaurants en bars in directe omgeving.

    Ziet er prachtig uit van buiten, mooi om doorheen te lopen

    Kamers zijn zonder raam, net kleine gevangeniscellen maar dan met een hotelkamer-uitstraling

    Ligt in het midden van oud havana

    Detaillierter Zufahrtsplan für Auto erforderlich

    Tolle Lage in der Altstadt, grossartig renovierter Altbau, phantastischer Blick vom Dach, bewachter Gratisparkplatz um die Ecke, sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr freundliches Zimmerservice

    Es gibt Zimmer ohne Fenster (manche stört das nicht), die Zufahrt ist (mit Auto) kaum zu finden (wir haben einen Taxifahrer angeheuert, der sich ebenfalls verfahren hat), das Frühstücksbuffet ist (für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie) unterdurchschnittlich, das Personal - nur im Restaurant - ist inkompetent und unfreundlich

    Aktivitäten können in der Lobby gebucht werden (hat gut funktioniert), alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Viecha sind zu Fuss erreichbar

    ce pays mérite d etre mieux connu pour faire tomber beaucoup d'idées reçues !

    excellente prestation, cadre trs élégant, tres bonne situation dans la vielle ville

    service un peu leger au niveau du petit dejeuner...qui lui est tres correct !

    toute la veille ville, malheureusement très touchée par le cyclone Ike qui a frappé la Havane le lendemain de notre départ !
