The upgrade was unexpected and you really have to appreciate the level of dedication the staff had put into their services, in order to get the guests full satisfaction. Imagine a short notice change on airport transport and they responded as quickly as they could to serve the need of the guest and with enthusiasm.
The front desk personnel executes check-in procedure and customer assistance professionally and you could surmise their welcoming smiles that come from the heart. It is a good feeling seeing in their faces that you are very much welcome as a hotel guest.
The room carpeting does not seem to look clean. It could be the color tones?
The hotel management seems to be all-knowing and ultra-responsive to the needs of the varying modes and choices of guests that you don't seem to miss anything you need to do or want while you are staying with Ramee International hotel.

There is absulately NO positive marks on hotel and recommend everyone to stay well a from it.
A lot where to start?the hotel is full of hookers and rich Arabic gentlemens who were having their pleasure nights and parties in this hotel rooms. And the reception was well aware of them.We didnot sleep even a minute with load music and shouting hookers that were coming out of the rooms. This is a shame hotel for Gulf Air.Please get rid of it and not send anyone to stay one night in there. We complained following morning but the reception people was laughing at uys and didnot care of our complaints. In the morning breakfast ,we saw these hookers with rich Arabic family youngesters who were even still drunk, the breakfast was terrible. These people were not even shamed of us at the breakfast.
Nothing ,the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.
