staff very friendly, cleanliness was excellent, rooms made up very very well
pull out bed was absolutly terrible as my son could not sleep on it as you could feel every spring on it. very unhappy with this.

The whole stay was excellent
I had already pre paid for the room and was charged again and had my card authorised on arrival and did not need to use this facility but still awaiting authorised amount to come off my account.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and plenty selection. Room was comfortable too
You have to pay for parking whilst staying in the hotel...
The whole stay was excellent
will definitley stay again ropm , staff service all excellent car parking on site and 24 hr reception were crucial to us free wifi in bar
hotel reception staff did not have booking so had to repay and then organise refund later breakfast was ok - but eggs were swimming in vinegar !
