Nos atendieron bien y el trato fue muy correcto y rápido, tanto en la recepción a la llegada como a la salida.

En las habitaciones hacia bastante calor, la calefacción estaba bastante alta.Al no haber persianas entraba luz por las cortinas. El desayuno tardan en reponer y hay veces que se acaban las cosas.

dificultad en los accesos. iba con tres maletas y no podía entra por las escaleras. la puerta de la rampa estaba cerrada y ningún empleado hizo el intento de aydarme. me costó mucho entrar con las tres maletas. entiendo que la puerta de la rampa debería tener la posibilidad de abrirse por fuera porque vi otros clientes en la misma situación. incluso es complicado para minusvalidos.

parece mentira que un hotel de cuatro estrellas no tenga servicio de cafeteria en funcionamiento por ser agosto

parquet seria mas limpio e higiénico en las habitaciones, aunque resulta una costumbre extendida.

The hotel was excellent, in a good position, close to the subway system and only 10 minutes or so from the Madrid centre. The price/quality was better than expected and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone travelling to Madrid for business or pleasure

It takes 50 mins to get from Barajas Airport to the hotel. Buy a tourist ticket to hop on/hop off buses and trains. The 140 bus by the hotel gets you to Alcala. There is also a supermarket up the hill, on the left hand side, for drinks and snacks.

Spacious, clean room and close to El Carmen, line 5, on the Metro.

Internet access expensive - 8 Euros for 45 minutes, walls are thin, so you could hear the neighbours talking and smoking is allowed in the bar area and restaurant. Not good when you are eating!

Ventas bull ring is one stop down on the Metro and Gran Via is on the same line.

We ended up with twin beds pushed together rather than a double and when I asked to have this changed I was told it would be/we would be moved and this didn't ever happen.I was also slightly annoyed by the fact that when we came in late at night the hotel had been locked and we had to ring the door bell and wait a while until we were let in and the night duty staff didn't look very happy about this. We also had air conditioning in our room which only circulated warm air but luckily the windows opened.Other than these things (and to tell the truth it didn't bother me/my partner that much at all - bar the twin beds as if we wanted to snuggle we were either sleeping on one bed or someone was falling down the middle!) the room was great. It was cleaned on a daily basis and that showed. It was a pleasant stay and the hotel is in a great location with a metro station right outside and it takes only about 10 mins to get to the centre of Madrid. I would stay at this hotel again.

Por ponerle un "pero" la poca variedad en el desayuno.

Vicinissimo alla fermata della metro e dei bus, facile e abbastanza veloce raggiungere il centro della città.Confort, pulizia e colazione splendida.

Le camere che danno sulla strada hanno il problema del rumore delle auto la notte, visto che è una strada di molto transito veicolare.
