The room had bad ventilation and even though I was given a non-smoking room there was a crack between the wall and floorr where smoke entered my room from below. I checked out one day early due to my smoke allergy. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Lovely spacious rmodern room in a central location
The room was incredibly small for the price and so not good value at all. If this is how all the rooms are I certainly would not stay in the hotel again as Hiltons and Holiday Inn rooms are much larger for the same price or less in central London. No bedside light, just a spotlight in the ceiling above your head that shone straight into your eyes. The security system in the lifts was not working and the lift system seemed very slow and inefficient. Overall although recently refurbished the hotel seemed pockey and characterless.
