Radisson Blu Es Hotel

Situación regular y muy caro para la calidad de las habitaciones y del hotel.

Breakfast was absolute chaos, the staff were very busy, but there was never any food, no hot water, no cutlery and no tea. The staff at check-in were not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel for any individuals - possibly it is better for group stays. The room had lights not working, mini bar was not replenished at all during 5 days stay, and the fridge wasn't cold either. I did not consider this to be a 5 star hotel, it was very disappointing.

Big advantage to have the swimming pool in the summer months

Location is not great. Service wasn't brilliant. We had to wait one hour at the pool restaurant for one meal to arrive, at which point we just cancelled it as everyone else had finished. The lock on our room door wasn't working but we didn't realise this until the last day. The fire alarm went off at 5.30am in the morning for no particular reason and we seemed to be the only people evacuating. Most staff tried their best but you get the impression that it's not quite the hotel it was designed to be before it was taken over by Radisson. I would only return here if travelling in the summer months for the benefit of the rooftop pool which is a fabulous bonus in the heart and heat of Rome

Not a lot, but prominity to Termini station is good if you arrive/depart from there

Una vacanza fantastica che non dimenticheremo mai! L'hotel e il personale è davvero squisito e, nonostante il quartiere non sia dei migliori, semmai dovessi tornare a Roma sicuramente so già dove andare! In una sola parola: Fantastico!

Davvero pochi... Forse la (troppa) vicinanza alla stazione. Ma per noi anche questo si è rivelato perfetto: per ritornare in aereoporto (Fiumicino) abbiamo preso il Leonardo express. Il quartiere purtroppo non è di quelli "residenziali" ma piuttosto tranquillo comunque.

Beh siamo a Roma! Si può fare praticamente tutto! Nel quartiere si trovano i servizi principali: supermercato, tabacchi... Basta raggiungere piazza vittorio veneto e si può prendere la nuova linea metropolitana (non lasciatevi intimorire dall'odore e dall'aspetto: è molto tranquilla sia di giorno che di sera) per arrivare nella favolosa piazza di spagna oppure in piazza del popolo. A termini c'è l'incrocio delle linee quindi Roma diventa raggiungibile in ogni suo meraviglioso punto: e dove non arriva la metro (Piazza Navona/Pantheon) prendete i pullman.

hotel propre, bien placé, bonne restauration, bonne literie

personnel a l'accueil désagréable, hotel très bruyant côté gare. chambre pas fonctionnelle du tout : aucun rangement, douche très mal pensée...

la piscine sur le toit

hyper bruyant -j'ai demandé un changement de chambre ( la mienne donnait sur la voie ferrée sans isolation phonique) rien n'a été fait alors que je restais plusieurs jours personnel de l'accueil suffisant je ne le recommanderai pas

Kaum zu glauben, dass dieses Hotel zu einer renommierten Kette wir Rezidor/ Radisson SAS gehört. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Es gibt in Rom sicherlich 2-3 Sterne Hotels, die mehr zu bieten haben!

Es ist wirklich erstaunlich, wie dieses Hotel 5 Sterne bekommen hat! Die Zimmer sind fast schon herunter gekommen. Überall blättert Farbe ab, der Linoleumboden erinnert an ein Krankenhaus, wenn man die mitten im Raum stehende Dusche benutzt setzt man leicht das ganze Zimmer unter Wasser, die Lüftung war mit Papier und Kreppband abgeklebt, das Bad war so dreckig, dass man noch die intimsten "Schleifspuren" des Vorgängers sehen konnte. Es gab keine Preisliste zur Minibar. Das Servicepersonal war weder freundlich noch unfreundlich, mit "Service" hatte das nichts zu tun. Das Frühstücksbuffet, das zwar bei uns mit im Preis inklusive war, ansonsten jedoch mit 26,00 ? berechnet wird ist ein Witz! Fieser Kaffe, wenig Auswahl, merkwürdige Rühreier, kein Obst. Getränke (auch Kaffee) wurde nur nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen gebracht.

Pas de vrai barman pour de vrais cocktails: c'est dommageLe personnel est quelquefois lent (ou plutot à certains moments s'il y a beaucoups de demandes à la Réception . Ici c'est un manque de personnel ) mais pas au petit déjeuner où c'est impéccable//g~Ce serait bien qu'il existe des cartes postales de l'hotel ou de publications d'art sur l'hotel: intérieurs de chambre, la cour intérieure, tout cela de jour et de nuit, la Réception, la piscine... Vous avez un trésor à exploiter.
